Wubaochun Bakery: A world champ bakery Having captured the title of the world bread championship winner twice, the "Wubaochun"bakery may be called the Light of Kaohsiung. The main baker is located in the Lingya district of Kaohsiung. It is easy to find. All you have to spot is the huge line of people waiting in front. Though the store is not big, they stock a great variety of products. They also very conscientiously indicate the time that each bread product left the oven on the package for all to see. The logo of the Wubaochun bakery is also very special: The moon is high in the center with the stars clutched to its bosom, representing the affection of a mother. The combination of the stars, the moon, and the sun in one image forms the shape of a pineapple, which is keenly recalled by the chef of Wubaochun. From far away, the logo almost looks like the character for "tall", the first character of the name of the city of Kaohsiung, thus representing the rise of Kaohsiung as the star of the south. There are only two Wubaochun bakery locations in Taiwan, the headquarters is in Kaohsiung, and the only other branch store is in the Songshan technological park district in Taipei. Huada Milk Tea: The established brand of Black Tea with Milk Kaohsiung's 30 year old milk tea store named "Hua Da Naicha" was founded in 1982. The paper cups with a white background and black characters feature in the memories of many Kaohsiung residents as they have grown up. For many years they have maintained a fragrant, rich flavor in their products, and are an established and highly popular brand in the Yancheng district that cannot be missed. The number of milk tea stores in Taiwan is too many to count, but even so, Hua Da Naicha stands out amongst the crowd; this store only uses fresh milk and never uses milk powder, does not add ice, and does not add sugar adjust the milk tea's flavor.
